What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a technical background
- Excellent communication skills and being highly detail-oriented
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, LLMs, AI tools (AI SDK, LangChain, crewAI, and popular web frameworks (e.g. Next.js)
- Experience with support ticketing systems
- Updating technical documentation to help future customers
- Relaying customer feedback to the rest of the team
