About the role

We are looking for someone to help us with some of the most challenging problems our customers are facing. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will directly communicate with our users, support them, and collect feedback from them, and eventually even travel and spend time on-site at the customers’ location.

Examples of responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, working on custom solutions using Python and TypeScript/JavaScript, and creating technical documentation.

This San Francisco-based role requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between E2B's technology and customer needs.
